Welcome to Reset Fitness Center. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our fitness facility and services. By becoming a member or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership Terms

Membership Types

• 3 Month Membership: Access to all training areas, group classes, basic nutrition guidance, locker facility
• 6 Month Membership: Includes 1-on-1 fitness assessment, 15 days free pause, spa voucher, steam/jacuzzi/ice bath access, body composition analysis
• 12 Month Membership: Includes 1-on-1 fitness assessment, 30 days free pause, unlimited group classes, 2 spa vouchers, unlimited steam/jacuzzi/ice bath access

Payment Terms

• Membership fees are due in advance and non-refundable
• Payments can be made via cash, card, or digital payment methods
• Late payment may result in suspension of membership privileges
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Facility Rules

General Conduct

• Members must present valid membership ID for facility access
• Appropriate workout attire and closed-toe shoes are required
• Equipment must be returned to designated areas after use
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct is prohibited
• Photography or recording without consent is not allowed

Health and Safety

• Members exercise at their own risk and must follow safety guidelines
• Report any injuries or equipment malfunctions immediately
• Members with medical conditions should consult healthcare providers before exercising
• Children under 16 are not permitted in the gym area

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Notice: 30 days written notice required for membership cancellation
• Refunds: Membership fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of medical inability (doctor's certificate required)
• Freeze Policy: 6-month and 12-month memberships include free pause periods as specified
• Transfer Policy: Memberships are non-transferable to other individuals

Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during your use of the facility, equipment, or participation in programs.

Reset Fitness Center, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the facility or services, except where prohibited by law.

Personal Training and Classes

• Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance
• 24-hour notice required for session cancellations
• Group class bookings are subject to availability
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain class quality

Intellectual Property

All content, including workout programs, training materials, and facility designs, are the intellectual property of Reset Fitness Center and may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violation of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts the facility environment. Terminated members forfeit all membership benefits and fees paid.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
